Background Information:

Bev is a qualified Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).She offers a warm, non-judgemental, safe, confidential and professional psychological therapy service for couples and individual clients.

Bev believes that mutually satisfying relationships with others are necessary for our emotional wellbeing. During your first session Bev will work with you to start to build the therapeutic relationship and explore the challenges which have contributed to you coming into therapy. Working with Bev you will always be offered the space to express your feelings and to gain a deeper insight into your experiences.

Short term and longer term face to face or online therapy is available. What may be appropriate for you depends on the depth and complexity of what has led you to therapy.

Bev`s practice is informed by integrating different psychotherapy theories and techniques depending on what might best suit your individual needs.

She has worked with clients at mental health charity Mind as well as community based and national Wellbeing Organisations. She also has her own private practice.

Outside of her clinical practice Bev is a qualified, experienced trainer - delivering mental health awareness programmes. She is also the founder and host of an annual Wellbeing conference.

Bev offers a free 15 minute telephone consultation before booking clients in for an initial session

We all have times in our lives where we find it difficult to cope with our thoughts, feelings and emotions for a variety of reasons. When this happens it can be helpful to speak to someone to try and make sense of it all.
