Rebecca is UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Trainee Therapist; currently in the process of completing an accredited qualification in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy. She works and abides by UKCP guidelines and holds UKCP Trainee Membership.
Rebecca aims to bring trust and warmth to the therapeutic relationship. Her approach is completely non-judgement and confidential. The space and time are yours to explore and reflect on what you choose.
She is a relational therapist, so sessions aim to emphasise and bring into awareness relational patterns which may exist and be impacting your emotional wellbeing. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, and as an Integrative therapist Rebecca draws upon different models of psychotherapy, adjusting them to your needs.
Rebecca is approaching her final year of her 4-year training and has experience of working with both men and women, of a range of ages. She has therapeutic experience from a placement within the NHS and through her own private Psychotherapy practice.
As a trainee, Rebecca offers low-cost Psychotherapy, the price of which can be a barrier to a lot of people accessing support. She offers a free initial 30-minute consultation via the telephone or video call, as an opportunity for you to discuss what you’d like from psychotherapy and to establish whether there is a good fit between us.
