Nicola is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works to the BACP ethics and guidelines and offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space. The space and time are yours to explore and reflect on what you chose.
Nicola is a humanistic, integrative practitioner. This means her relationship with you is her priority in her work. She uses different techniques to focus on you and your needs. Enabling you to reach your therapeutic goals.
Nicola has experience of counselling men and women aged 17 to 80 years with a wide range of issues. She has counselling experience from work at Leeds Mind and Dayspring Counselling Centre in Leeds. She has experience of both long and short term work.
Prior to a career in Counselling Nicola has an advice background, having spent 12 years providing debt advice for a Charity based in Leeds.
Nicola engages in regular Supervision to work with you to the best of her ability and she is committed to her ongoing development and learning, to ensure she is continually reviewing and developing her work as a Practitioner.
