Homeopathy involves using highly diluted substances to make remedies. The remedies are often given in tablet form and are mostly made from plants and minerals. The remedies are easy to take and don’t contain artificial colourings, flavourings, sweeteners or preservatives. As each person is different and experiences health and illness differently a remedy is selected based on a person’s individual symptoms. Homeopathy can be used by people of all ages including during pregnancy, labour and whilst breast feeding. It can be an option when other medicines can’t be taken. Remedies can also be used alongside conventional medicines.
Mind-Body Therapy involves the use of guided processes that can help bring awareness to physical sensations in the body and any associated memories or emotions. The techniques can help clients release negative emotional links which can then lead to reduced physical pain and improved physical and emotional wellbeing. The processes can be particularly helpful for those experiencing physical pain, a long-term health issue, anxiety or depression.
Bach Flower Remedies are plant and flower essences that can help restore emotional balance. There are 38 remedies and each is suited to a particular characteristic or emotional state. The remedies can be taken individually or combined to suit particular needs. Bach Flower remedies can be used on their own or alongside homeopathic treatment or mind-body therapy.
